If you have ordered from Vanessa’s Bookshop in the past, you will have noticed that your book came in a bubble mailer with an author copy printed from Amazon’s KDP print-on-demand service.

This will no longer be the case.

The Bookshop is now linked to Lulu direct, which is a print-on-demand fulfillment service that will now be printing—and shipping—all orders for physical books that come through the Bookshop.

The reasons for this change are many, but chief among them is to ensure a high quality product showing up on your doorstep in a well-packed box. This will also mean that books will never be out of stock, and that it will arrive to you quicker.

The only time this will be different is when we have new releases as each of those are signed by me and include stickers, bookmarks, and character cards. The new releases will still be packed carefully in boxes, but will be mailed directly from me.

Otherwise, signed books and extras will only be available at in-person events.

This will free up my time to continue to write new books and teach upcoming writers how to create the next-bestseller.
